Returns and Refunds Policy

1.Returns

1.1 Changes and Reservation Cancellations 1.1.1 Date or Time Changes

Customers have the right to request changes to the date or time of their paragliding flight reservation, subject to availability and prior notification with a minimum of 3 days’ notice. Please note that this activity is weather-dependent, and the execution of the activity is always subject to this condition.

1.1.2 Cancellations

Customers can cancel their paragliding flight reservation within a period of 14 natural days from the purchase and receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made more than 14 days after the purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must meet the following conditions:

The request for return or change must be made via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
The request must include the reservation number and customer contact information.
Reservations must fall within the cancellation period specified in Section 1.1.2.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after the approval of the return request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original reservation, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

2.2 Exceptions

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Cancellations made outside the 14-day cancellation period from the purchase.
Cancellations due to customer non-compliance with safety conditions

3. Gift Voucher

The gift voucher product is valid for 1 year. If the activity has not been completed within that period, a refund or rescheduling of the activity cannot be claimed. If the flight could not be completed due to weather conditions within the 1-year period, the flight will be rescheduled as long as the customer has contacted Mallorcafly to request a reservation for the activity within the voucher’s validity year. After that time, no flight will be scheduled or refunded.
